It is a legal requirement to have a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate commissioned every year for each let property. Our Gas Safe engineers are here to provide the service.
CP12 Certificates are issued by qualified engineers together with a full Gas and Electrical Safety Report. The extent of services includes:
- Gas & Electrical Safety checks
- Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
- Boiler Servicing
- Carbon Monoxide Detectors
