Whilst some consider that there is an unbridgeable divide between the management of commercial and residential property, we do not. Many clients control both types of property and find it refreshing that we take a practical approach and are able to keep their portfolios in safe hands and under one roof.
Holdings often consist of retail with upper parts, sometimes vacant sometimes occupied. More diverse properties which we have dealt with include stud farms, golf courses, shopping centres, pubs and Homes of Multiple Occupation (HMOs). Issues are often similar whatever the type and we are pleased to add variety to our skill set.
