Establishment of occupancy and safety report to ensure each property is compliant.

In some circumstances the occupancy and physical condition of properties are not known to clients, particularly when they are taking over a new portfolio. Our management team will visit each property on a national basis and report on the status of each unit.

Once an initial report is submitted we will arrange to regularise the letting and carry out any mandatory safety requirements such as gas and electrical checks. Vacant properties are made safe and suitably secured.
