We offer templates for both Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements and Company Tenancy Agreements which have been approved by ARLA.
The most commonly used tenancy is the Assured Shorthold Tenancy. The agreement allows occupation for up to five named individuals for a minimum period of 6 months. We provide an appropriate template that we populate for your specific needs in conjunction with the appropriate Notices.
Company Tenancies and Contractual Tenancies are also available, the latter being used where the passing rent is in excess of £25,000 per annum.
