Risk Assessments
We live in an increasingly risk averse environment where there is a need to assess, act upon and monitor factors which may give rise to loss or injury. Mindful of both our clients and our own obligations, we can arrange for Risk Assessments to be carried out on both vacant and occupied properties, sites and open areas.
A varying degree of specialism is required depending on the potential nature of the risk. Straightforward site assessments are carried out according to prescribed codes, whilst more specialist elements such as Fire Risk Assessments are handled by known IOSH registered contractors.
